Integra Outsourcing is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to promote lintels and structural building materials across the South East and South Central regions. The role focuses on engaging regional offices of house builders, winning developments, and strengthening relationships to secure product specifications.

The successful candidate will have field sales experience in construction, with a preference for those selling to house builders or developers, and a memorable, rapport-building approach.

Package: £45k-£50k basic with a £5k bonus scheme +

The Role - Area Sales Manager

• You will be tracking and winning new developments with house builders at regional office level
• Promoting an award-winning range of lintels and structural building materials
• My client already has national agreements in place with the Top 30 national housebuilders, and many of the larger regional housebuilders
• This role is all about getting around their offices, strengthening relationships, building rapport, influencing design, and ensuring it's your building materials being specified into each new development

The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager

• You will already have field sales experience gained within the construction industry
• Applicants with experience selling into house builders or developers will be readily received, but is not essential
• This role is about building relationships, and my client is more interested in someone that is memorable, engaging and able to build rapport
