RE Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for a specialist business. You will manage a key UK portfolio and develop new opportunities across UK and Europe, translating technical needs into tailored solutions while working closely with production to deliver the right outcomes.

The role requires a technically minded sales professional with commercial confidence, capable of extensive travel and delivering excellent customer service from enquiry through delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, engineering sales or capital equipment environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with UK customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and Europe.
• Provide technical product advice and quotations; manage negotiations from enquiry to order.
• Coordinate with Works Manager to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Ensure on-time delivery and after-sales support; travel across UK and Europe.
