Get Recruited is working with an established UK manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Manager for Staffordshire/Midlands. You’ll identify new business, visit client sites, and develop proposals with engineering support to win orders.

You’ll lead with AI-enabled prospecting and apply solutions to storage and handling challenges while growing key accounts and maintaining a robust pipeline. This hands-on role combines new business, account development and customer site visits, requiring

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B technical or industrial sales.
Experience selling material handling systems or engineering solutions.
Experience using AI tools or systems in a professional role.

Responsabilités

Identify and win new business across manufacturing and industrial markets.
Visit customer sites to understand storage, transport and material handling challenges.
Grow existing accounts and reconnect with dormant customers.
Work with design and estimating to develop solutions and quotations.
Follow up proposals, negotiate terms and convert enquiries into orders.
Use AI tools to support research, identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
Help develop the use of AI within the company's sales process.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and build long-term relationships.
