Job summary

Swindale Parks (Sales & Marketing) Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for a home-based role with UK travel. You will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities and drive design-in solutions with OEMs across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and at least 3 years in technical sales, with strong ability to communicate engineering concepts and develop new partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• 3+ years in a technical sales environment (internal or field-based).
• Willingness to travel across the UK and visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales from an established customer base and develop new business.
• Deliver a design-in technical sales process with OEMs across Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Robotics, Packaging, Logistics and Rail.
• Provide technical guidance and solution-based consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement and technical teams.
• Manage a home-based role with UK travel and occasional office visits.
