TRC Yorkshire, a leading British manufacturer in the Materials Handling sector, is seeking a Sales Engineer in Stourport (office-based). You will handle technical sales enquiries, provide commercial and technical support, and produce accurate quotations to win profitable orders.

The role involves site visits, pre-sales technical education, CRM record-keeping, and collaboration with engineering and production to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience handling technical sales enquiries and providing commercial/technical support.
• Ability to produce accurate and competitive quotes and tenders.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and applications; providing pre-sales technical education.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Interpret customer requirements and prepare timely quotations/tenders.
• Ensure orders are processed with clear information for design/manufacture.
• Maintain CRM records of enquiries, quotations, and customer activity.
• Pursue new business opportunities and participate in exhibitions as needed.
• Support Contracts, Engineering and Production departments with customer needs.
