Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and convert leads to sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Work with engineering and production teams to develop customer solutions.
• Create and modify technical drawings and layouts using CAD.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements.
• Follow up quotations to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain up-to-date records of enquiries, quotations, orders and activity (Sage CRM).
• Pursue new business opportunities and occasional site visits.
