APS Safety Systems Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK. You will drive delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, build safety solutions business, and visit customers on-site.

You will lead site surveys and quotations, develop weekly/monthly sales data, coach the team, and help launch new products while staying aware of competitor activity and brand direction.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to interpret technical information and drawings.
• A practical and growth mindset.
• Exposure to construction industry desirable.
• Team player but confident to work alone.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with using CAD and CRM or equivalent.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Delivery of personal monthly sales target.
• Key account management and sector targeting, including customer visits and on-site meetings.
• Lead by example with site surveys and quotations as required to achieve individual sales target.
• Development and collation of weekly/monthly sales data, identifying issues and planned resolution.
• Motivating, coaching and ensuring the provision of required sales training for all members of the team.
• Follow processes to control, manage and improve margins and drive down costs.
• Development of fall protection solution type business with a focus on new business generation.
• Successful launch of all new products.
• Support to Contracts Manager & General Manager.
• Understand competitor activity including strengths & weaknesses.
