Morson Talent is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for our specialist engineering and safety equipment client in Aldershot. You will blend technical acumen with customer-facing activities, delivering product trainings, demonstrations and support throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to present complex technical information clearly, and willingness to travel both within the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• A technical, engineering or product-focused background with practical experience.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate features clearly.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and product support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer briefings.
• Attend customer sites across the UK and internationally to provide technical guidance and support.
• Work closely with the Sales Director and commercial team to understand customer requirements and support business development opportunities.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers, distributors and end users.
• Deliver product training to customers and members of the global sales team.
