The role focuses on acting as a technical contact, explaining and demonstrating products, supporting sales, and delivering training across UK and international customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with ability to explain complex tech to customers.
• Experience with technical product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% (UK and international).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical point of contact for customers and end users.
• Explain, demonstrate and support a range of specialist products.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements.
• Deliver product training and technical briefings.
• Support global sales with technical knowledge.
• Evaluate and test products.
• Feed feedback into product development.
