Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Technical Salesperson for a permanent, field-based role covering the UK and Europe, located in Tipton. You will develop new business and manage key accounts within brass/aluminium casting sectors, delivering tailored manufacturing solutions.

The role requires proven castings sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively. A competitive salary with uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within the castings sector.
• Strong knowledge of brass and aluminium castings and processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop UK and European opportunities across the UK and Europe.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions for cast components and manufacturing services.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
• Liaise with design, estimating and production teams to meet requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events as required.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records.
