Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a technically minded Business Development Engineer in Manningtree, Essex, to maintain existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

You will provide technical support for pultruded profiles, advise on resin formulations and properties, and collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products and ensure customer satisfaction on an international scale.

Competenze

Background in composites engineering or chemistry advantageous.
Strong technical understanding to communicate product specifications to customers.
Experience in customer relationship management, business development or technical sales.
Good commercial awareness to support pricing and costing.
Strong written and verbal communication, liaising with customers and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Mansioni

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
Provide technical support and product specification advice for pultruded profiles.
Liaise with design team on tooling and support development of new profiles.
Assist with product specifications and technical information for profiles.
Work with Production Manager to support production planning and customer requirements.
Liaise with Finance to maintain pricing for stock profiles and costings for new projects.
Support marketing activities and represent the business at exhibitions.
Prepare written and verbal reports for customers and colleagues.
