Stannah Group in Ringwood is seeking a technically savvy Technical Sales Consultant to secure major repair projects across our industrial lift portfolio. You will identify opportunities, quote, and win work while supporting customers across Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex.

Based from Ringwood Service Branch, this consultative role values long-term relationships, excellent product knowledge and tailoring solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Professional or technical qualifications within the Lift Industry.
• Experience in engineering or sales capacity.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Identify and target prospective new customers
• Establish a robust internal sales opportunity lead network and create a sale pipeline of opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our successful and well-established Ringwood Service Branch.

This Technical Sales Consultant role is an exciting opportunity for a lift industry professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a passion for building lasting customer relationships and delivering effective major repair solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, quoting and securing both reactive and planned major repair projects across our industrial lift portfolio, helping customers maximise the performance, reliability and lifespan of their equipment.

Working closely with operational teams, engineers and customers, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored recommendations that meet the unique needs of each client. You'll inherit an established customer base while also developing new business opportunities, driving growth through proactive engagement with both existing and non-contract customers.

Joining a highly respected organisation, you'll become part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technical expertise, customer service and long-term relationship building are valued above aggressive sales tactics. This is a consultative sales position, focused on providing solutions and generating sustainable business growth rather than commission-driven selling.

Based from our Ringwood Service Branch, you'll support customers across Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex, making a full UK driving licence essential.
