Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor for its Bristol branch, a well-established distributor of specialist building products. Qualifications

• Experience in construction/building products/merchanting sectors.
• Experience selling building products.
• Telephone-based sales, account management, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inbound customer enquiries.
• Make outbound sales calls to existing, dormant and prospective customers.
• Provide customers with delivery updates and order information.
• Handle returns and escalate technical product queries where required.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and win back lost business.
• Account manage existing customers and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships and maximise spend.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting branch sales targets.
• Support the wider branch and warehouse team during busy periods.
• Work closely with technical specialists to provide product advice and solutions.
