Job summary

Rising Talent Recruitment Ltd. in Scotland seeks a Proposals Co-ordinator (Technical) to join the Sales & Projects team and turn customer enquiries into accurate quotations. You will work between engineering, sales and commercial activity to ensure proposals are complete, commercially sound and delivered on time.

You’ll liaise with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Finance to maintain accurate records and support timely documentation throughout the quotation process.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial quotations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue technical & commercial quotations.
• Review engineering drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotation data.
• Manage quotation pipeline and follow up enquiries.
• Liaise with customers to clarify requirements.
• Monitor deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure bids comply with internal procedures and approvals.
• Maintain records of quotations and pricing history.
• Support Sales and Account Management with documentation.
• Review purchase orders and mitigate commercial risk.
• Identify improvements to the quotation process.
