Job summary

Motorola Solutions, Inc. is seeking a technically grounded Junior Product Manager to bridge engineering capabilities and customer missions within the CRFS business.

You will work with a Senior Product Manager to drive RFeye hardware lifecycle, simulations, data analysis, and concept exploration. This role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, RF fundamentals, and collaboration with sales and development teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs in a fast‑paced tech

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Systems, RF/Microwave Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics or related field.
• 1–2+ years of technical RF/telecom/defense/aerospace experience is welcome.
• Strong understanding of electronic system architectures and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the technical roadmap for RFeye hardware and embedded architectures.
• Support simulations, testing, and prototyping of wireless and signal processing concepts.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to tailor configurations for customers.
• Research competitor products and emerging RF sensing technologies for VoC insights.
• Be hands-on with product developments to understand capabilities and limits.
