Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited in Cambridge seeks a Senior Software Product Manager for RFeye spectrum sensor systems. You will bridge engineering and customer missions, owning software product roadmaps and real-time applications, embedded components, and APIs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align technical development with market needs, develop user stories, and support field teams, while maintaining a strong customer focus and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (software/electronic/systems preferable) or related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally Wireless/RF, Defence or Aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of RF systems (receivers, antennas, signal processing) and wireless communications.
• Experience in product management, technical sales support, or systems engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and partner requirements into actionable software product roadmaps and specifications, collaborating with engineering, sales and product management teams.
• Maintain a coherent roadmap for software components (application and embedded), including real-time user interfaces and APIs.
• Support PLM activities to ensure RFeye products meet customer requirements and are positioned effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to evaluate trade-offs and align with market needs.
• Develop market and application insight, including geolocation and signal analysis use-cases, and capture customer feedback.
