• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for ticket, sprint, and release management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics applications, Microsoft 365, and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Understanding of service management principles (incident, problem, change control)
• Analytical, organised, and collaborative approach with strong problem‑solving and documentation skills.
