Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc in Teesside is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and enhance critical business applications across a fast-paced environment. You will manage system administration, user access, reporting, testing and documentation, working with stakeholders to identify improvements and optimise processes.

The role requires experience with ERP and rental management systems, MCS Rental Management or similar platforms, and familiarity with Sage 200 or comparable finance

Qualifications

Experience supporting and administering business-critical applications.
Knowledge of ERP, rental management, field service, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or similar operational systems.
Experience with MCS Rental Management, or a similar business management platform.
Exposure to Sage 200 or comparable finance/accounting systems.
Strong business process understanding and analytical skills.
Experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, and delivering system improvements.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Application Support Analyst | Teesside | up to £55,000 | Hybrid

Are you an experienced Application Support or Business Systems professional with a passion for improving systems, processes and business performance?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support/Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical business applications across a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll be responsible for supporting, configuring, and developing key business systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify improvements, resolve issues and optimise processes. You'll manage application administration, user access, reporting, testing, documentation, and liaise with third-party software vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting and administering business-critical applications.
