We are seeking an exceptional Technical Operations Manager to join the Claridge’s team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Protect the Company’s interests in the building, plant and equipment, ensuring the safety of guests, visitors and colleagues.
• Maintain the asset value of the property and enhance, refine and improve presentation and operating effectiveness to provide an exceptional guest and colleague experience.
• Ensure that the departments are correctly staffed and trained with a suitable team for their function, and ensure that these team members can perform their duties to the standard required by the hotel and the company.
• Develop and implement a robust Planned and Preventative Maintenance regime across M&E services, structure, fabric and FF&E.
• Establish and implement a perfect room programme in accordance with Claridge’s standards and budgetary expectations.

Entry Requirements

Successful candidates for our Technical Operations Manager opportunity will:

• Ensure compliance of plant and equipment in line with UK health & safety regulations, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed within time and follow-up actions required as necessary.
• Ensure reactive maintenance system (KnowCross) is fully operational to limit downtime of bedrooms and services.
