Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, and strong communication across audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, sales engineering, product support, or technical account management.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, ASM, Vulnerability Management, or SOAR) and SaaS solutions.
• Apply project management principles to establish ownership, timelines, and accountability for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding projects, blending technical implementation with project coordination.
• Manage standard implementation timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet scope and schedule.
• Initiate project kickoffs and drive foundational technical installation and configuration to accelerate time-to-value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, partners, and subcontractors to manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Perform standard software installation and configuration aligned with customer environments and requirements.
• Guide customers through prerequisites and best practices for product setup.
• Conduct foundational validation testing and troubleshoot basic setup issues.
