Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Belfast seeks an experienced Client Onboarding professional to lead BAU onboarding activities and support the Head of Client Lifecycle in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will handle onboarding requests across business areas, perform thorough KYC/AML checks, and grow into a subject-matter expert within the team, partnering with IT and Compliance to drive improvements.

• Proven experience in fast-paced financial services onboarding.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client lifecycle processes with defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding cases for all clients, performing KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts; escalate to compliance as needed.
• Support process changes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with IT on developments, including UAT and support.
• Prepare management information reports for senior reviews.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Build relationships with Operations and Front Office Brokers.
• Collaborate with Anti-Financial Crime in London on AML/KYC cases.
