Job summary

TP ICAP in Belfast seeks a proactive team member to join the Client Onboarding team, delivering BAU activities while supporting the Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role covers onboarding requests across business areas and developing into a subject matter expert within the team, handling client screening, escalation, and coordination with compliance.

• Experience in fast paced or pressured environments.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Significant experience in financial markets and similar organisations.
• Experience training or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience overseeing colleagues' work and ensuring risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client lifecycle processes to agreed service levels and timelines.
• Complete onboarding cases across all TP ICAP businesses, including KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts; escalate to compliance when needed.
• Use screening tools for efficient client screening in BAU cases.
• Support the Team Lead; lead transition of functions within the Client Lifecycle team.
• Assist with group mailbox management and respond to queries.
• Build relationships with Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
• Coordinate with Anti Financial Crime in London on AML/KYC escalations.
