Job summary

Rapid7 is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding, blending technical setup with project coordination in a hybrid work model. You will drive time-to-value, perform installations, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful post-sale execution.

You will coordinate milestones, troubleshoot setup issues, and maintain records while delivering guidance on best practices for product configuration and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role related to implementation or support.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and SaaS products.
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding projects and manage timelines and milestones.
• Kickoff projects and perform foundational technical installation and configuration.
• Coordinate dependencies with internal teams, partners, and subcontractors.
• Perform standard software installation and configuration per customer needs.
• Guide customers through prerequisites and best practices for setup.
• Conduct validation testing and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain accurate implementation records and case notes.
• Gather feedback and suggest process improvements.
