This is a senior, non-management position focused on providing expert technical guidance across probate, estate administration, and trust matters, while helping maintain the highest standards of client care and professional practice.
The successful candidate will act as the organisation's technical authority on complex estates, trusts, and probate matters, supporting colleagues with difficult or higher-risk cases and providing clear, practical solutions to technical challenges. You will interpret complex wills, trust provisions and estate planning arrangements, advise on risk and compliance issues, and help ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients.
