LAW Absolute is seeking a Technical Lead - Probate, Estates & Trusts Lawyer to provide expert technical guidance on complex probate, estate administration and trust matters. This senior role is remote, reporting to the Head of Legal, and involves maintaining high standards of client care and professional practice.

You will interpret wills and trust provisions, advise on risk and compliance, and ensure consistent outcomes for clients while developing the wider team's knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

• Extensive probate and trusts experience.
• Proven ability to advise on estate administration and trust structures.
• Strong risk and compliance awareness in legal matters.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority on probate, estates and trusts.
• Interpret complex wills and trust provisions.
• Advise on risk, compliance and high‑quality client outcomes.
• Support colleagues with difficult cases and share knowledge.
• Manage a small caseload from day one.
• Explain legal concepts clearly and work independently in a remote setting.
