This senior, non-management role provides expert technical guidance across probate, estate administration, and trust matters while upholding high client care and professional standards. Fully remote in the United Kingdom, salary £60,000 - £75,000 DOE, reporting to Head of Legal.

Qualifications

• Probate, estate administration and trusts experience.
• Ability to interpret complex wills and trust provisions.
• Strong risk and compliance awareness.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority on probate, estates & trusts and advise on high-risk cases.
• Interpret complex wills and trust provisions, advise on risk and compliance, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Develop the team's knowledge through coaching and guidance.
• Own a small caseload from day one and work independently in a remote environment.
