Job Summary

This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on python, cloud, and microservices. The role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions utilizing these technologies to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the technical team in the design, development, and deployment of python, cloud, and microservices based applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
4. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless operation.
5. Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system quality and stability.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in python, cloud, and microservices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in python programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
2. Experience in designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
3. Knowledge of microservices architecture, including containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
4. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
5. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the technical team towards successful project delivery.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Python, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or microservices are a plus.
