Job summary

You'll handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, quote with suppliers, manage pricing and lead times, and build quotations in HubSpot and Sage. Full training and clear progression paths are offered in a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical or science degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about how things work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly phone presence.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes with training.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries by phone and email, ask the right questions, gather technical details.
• Quote by working with suppliers on pricing and lead times, size instruments using supplier tools, build quotations in HubSpot and Sage.
• Follow up on quotes, answer questions, re-quotes, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Outbound calling to existing customers and warm contacts to uncover upcoming requirements.
• Present product conversations with B2B customers in virtual settings.
• Collaborate with directors on bigger opportunities and OEM accounts.
• Log activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM and check order acknowledgements for accuracy.
