Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Confident, professional telephone manner and clear written communication.
• Proactive follow-up of quotations and opportunities with cross-selling focus.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email, providing accurate quotations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within quotations and enquiries.
• Support sales team with overflow calls and order processing during busy periods.
• Follow up quotations not yet converted to orders to progress opportunities.
• Maintain records of quotation activity and update customer notes in the system.
• Send samples and product information to customers.
• Attend internal product and sales meetings to stay up to date with the range.
• Develop product knowledge over time to handle more technical enquiries with confidence.
