Job summary

AMOT is seeking a Technical Internal Sales Representative in the UK to act as the first contact for inbound leads and drive early-stage opportunities. You will manage discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and progress opportunities from enquiry to quote and order.

The role requires technical aptitude, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a proactive approach to building a robust pipeline while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree qualified in a technical subject.
• Ideally at least 5 years of sales experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional European language skills advantageous.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads and conduct preliminary discovery.
• Pursue a cadence of follow-up and outreach activity.
• Schedule and participate in discovery calls, connecting to product experts.
• Generate your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach.
• Maintain the CRM with the customer pipeline from leads to closing.
