Qualifications

• English and Maths at a general education level is essential.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems training is desirable.
• Strong note-taking and accurate record-keeping are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow up quotations and gather feedback to convert quotes into orders.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to move to quotation stage.
• Follow up daily on quotations in line with KPIs, keeping momentum.
• Log calls and actions in CRM and keep records accurate.
• Maintain CRM data for customers, sales info and quotes.
• Log callback dates and notes in HubSpot for the sales team.
• Learn about products, margins and lead times to support conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers to support sales activity.
• Progress outstanding quotations and reflect opportunities in sales forecast.
• Prepare costing estimates and documentation for customer enquiries.
