Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead in the United Kingdom to drive complex enterprise integrations for a global shipping and eCommerce technology platform.

You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from discovery and architecture to go-live, migration, and handover—leading multi-project deployments with clear scope, timelines, and customer alignment.

Qualifications

• At least five years in technical implementation or similar role with enterprise SaaS.
• Expert knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and integration patterns.
• Strong authentication knowledge: OAuth 2.0, SSO and API keys.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with Sales to map customer systems.
• Define solution architecture with API endpoints, data mapping and patterns.
• Prepare Statements of Work with deliverables, go-live dates and forecasts.
• Coordinate multi-project implementations with milestones and risks.
• Manage post-launch handovers to success teams with technical docs.
• Use AI tools effectively while ensuring accuracy of outputs.
• Troubleshoot integrations using logs and API testing tools.
