Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager in London to own end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways. You will translate business requirements into actionable plans and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and to a high quality.

The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations, ensuring smooth go‑live and optimisation across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Delivery or Project Management for tech/financial services.
• 5+ years in client-facing delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with global payment products or tech-led solutions and integration planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end delivery plans for partner integrations.
• Manage projects including risk, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead delivery with integration engineers and technical stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and operations for timely sign‑offs on designs and approaches.
• Drive post‑delivery reviews and continuous improvement of integration playbooks.
