Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to support e-commerce clients in integrating with a sophisticated search and product discovery platform. This fully remote role offers flexibility and collaboration with international colleagues.

You will guide REST API integrations, assist with catalog configurations, and troubleshoot technical challenges, while contributing to onboarding improvements and documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Understanding of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication with non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Customer-focused mindset with high-quality support.
• Familiarity with JSON/CSV and indexing concepts.
• Experience using debugging tools such as Postman and browser developer tools.
• Knowledge of HTTP and network request routing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide integrations with the platform.
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs and best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with Customer Success teams.
• Assist with catalog data and index configuration for search results.
• Act as a technical contact, communicating clearly with customers.
• Document interactions and improve onboarding guides and materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex technical questions.
