Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Head of Technology, International (UK) to lead UK technology teams, ensuring resilient infrastructure and aligned global strategy for digital and physical channels.

The role requires extensive experience in technology delivery across retail, supply chain, and merchandising, with a proven record in WMS, ERP, RFID implementations and vendor management. Hybrid in-office work in Manchester is expected.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT leadership in multi-site or omni-channel settings.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying, Merchandising processes.
• Proven track record delivering WMS, ERP, 3PL integrations, or RFID projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across UK technology teams.
• Ensure resilience of infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Align regional technology with global strategy and business priorities.
