Job summary

A leading housing organization is seeking a Technical Fire Compliance Manager to ensure the fire safety and wellbeing of its customers. This role involves supporting compliance and providing technical assurance for safety standards within buildings. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of housing construction and fire safety, ideally with a European Diploma or Equivalent in Fire Safety. The position offers a hybrid working model based in London, and a competitive salary range of £67,820 to £84,776, plus a £5,000 car allowance.

• Location : Hybrid with London base location
• London : £67,820 to £84,776 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum
• Salary : in exceptional circumstances we may consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range
• Hours : 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
• Contract Type : Permanent
