Qualifications

• Experience delivering hard services within facilities management.
• Interest in building services and technical operations.
• Understanding of engineering principles and building systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a technical facilities management environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for reactive maintenance requests via helpdesk.
• Log incidents, assess priorities, assign work orders to service partners.
• Monitor reactive jobs from allocation through CAFM, update client stakeholders.
• Escalate urgent issues to Technical Lead and coordinate remediation actions.
• Assist with CAFM work orders, maintain records and asset data.
• Produce performance reports and technical data for internal and client reviews.
• Support investigations and resolution of maintenance issues.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations and updates.
