Job summary

Macro Group is seeking a Technical Lead to provide expert hard services maintenance across our property portfolio. You will act as the regional technical authority, guiding service partners, reviewing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong FM experience with deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Delivery of hard services within facilities management or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
• Experience managing specialist contractors and maintenance service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for hard services across the client portfolio.
• Escalate complex issues and guide maintenance strategies.
• Review PPM schedules and reactive repairs; ensure compliant documentation.
