Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with training provided for technical product support.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, order processing and ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, proactive attitude and KPI-driven mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Handle high volume of calls and emails daily and maintain customer records.
• Collaborate with Trade Sales Team to support customer enquiries and applications.
• Explain procedures and policies to customers and assist with questions.
• Stay up to date on products, services and company policies.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve practices.
• Assist with returns and refunds processing to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative tasks including follow-ups on quotes and orders.
