Your efforts will help meet or exceed targets and enhance Medtronic’s reputation in the market, as we strive to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
  2. Planning and prioritising clinical, technical, and educational programmes with input from sales staff and relevant teams.
  3. Supporting clinical teams during implant procedures and providing technical support to customers before and after device implantation.
  4. Offering troubleshooting support to sales and customers upon request.
  5. Organising and conducting training sessions for physicians, physiologists, and nurses, including preparing study materials.
  6. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in purchasing decisions.
  7. Supporting marketing and sales efforts for new products and therapies through clinical reviews and customer engagement.
Must Haves
  • Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
  • Ability to work in an operating room environment.
  • Must be able to commute to the Midlands region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with cardiac medical devices.
  • Knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
  • Previous training or education experience.
  • IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation.
