Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture focused on UK defence estates, seeks a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to lead compliance, assurance and governance. You will direct a diverse team and work with auditors, safety specialists and client representatives to ensure statutory and contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical compliance and assurance.
• Experience in facilities management within a complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead audits and inspections.
• Excellent report writing and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance, quality, assurance and governance across the estate.
• Manage a team including Appointed Persons, Quality professionals and PMs.
• Oversight of audits, statutory compliance and reporting.
• Shaping asset investment strategies and lifecycle planning.
• Provide governance insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with safety, asset managers and delivery teams.
