Job summary

VIVO Defence seeks an Assurance Coordinator for DSTL Porton Down to support a robust assurance framework, ensure contractual obligations and statutory requirements are met, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will work with technical leads, operations, contractors and customers to drive timely, safe and compliant delivery, coordinating inspections, certifications and audit findings while maintaining auditable records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inspections, certifications, audit findings and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication skills with customers, contractors and stakeholders.
• UK Nationals, 18+, SC clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assurance activities, inspections, certifications and audits.
• Maintain detailed assurance and compliance records across CAFM and related systems.
• Coordinate contractor works, access requirements and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.
