Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager at DSTL, Salisbury, on-site. You will lead the compliant and effective management of the Defence estate, reporting to the Head of Technical Services and deputising as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical compliance, assurance, quality management or facilities management within a complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Understanding asset lifecycle management and long-term investment planning, with experience in maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning.
• Experience leading audits, inspections and assurance programmes, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance and audit function across the contract.
• Oversee compliance reporting and audit programmes and provide assurance to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, customer confidence and operational effectiveness.
• Shape asset investment strategies and work with delivery teams to support critical estate operations.
• Provide technical governance and oversight across compliance, quality and governance activities.
