Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an Assurance Coordinator for DSTL Porton Down to support a robust assurance and compliance framework. You will work with technical compliance leads, operational teams, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure obligations are met and actions are completed on time.

You will coordinate inspections, certifications and audit findings, maintain records, and support audits and regulatory requirements across CAFM and other systems, while liaising with suppliers,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contractors in a busy environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to coordinate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections, certifications, audit findings and compliance documentation.
• Maintain detailed assurance and compliance records across CAFM and other systems.
• Coordinate contractor activities, including arranging maintenance and construction works.
• Liaise with building custodians, stakeholders and the DSTL customer.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.
