Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks a Technical Compliance Manager to lead compliance, assurance and governance for a high-profile Defence estate on the DSTL contract in Salisbury. You will report to the Head of Technical Services and act as deputy when required, guiding a diverse team of Appointed Persons, Quality professionals and Project Managers.

The role requires security clearance, a proactive leadership style and a track record of transforming data into actionable insight to improve safety,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical compliance, assurance, quality management or facilities management within a complex environment.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Experience leading audits, inspections and assurance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance, audit and governance activities across the estate.
• Provide assurance to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Shape asset investment strategies and oversee reporting and governance documents.
• Collaborate with safety, asset managers, auditors and client representatives.
