We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Claims Lead to join our Group Legal & Compliance team. This is a senior technical role with responsibility for supporting Royal Mail Group's personal injury claims portfolio. You'll manage a large caseload of high-value and complex Employers' Liability, Public Liability, and Motor claims under a high self‑insured retention, ensuring they are handled to the highest standards and in line with RMG's strategy and operational needs.
Reporting to the Head of Personal Injury Claims, you'll also work closely with the Personal Injury Claims Manager and external panel law firms to deliver best outcomes for the business. You'll also play a key role in developing protocols, overseeing compliance, managing suppliers, and ensuring accurate financial reserves and MI reporting.
The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face/virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions.
