Job summary

Barr + Wray is hiring a Technical Business Development Manager to grow our Aftersales Division across the UK swimming pool and spa market. You’ll shape sales strategy, win new business and strengthen existing client relationships, while working remotely and traveling to meet clients and industry events.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll visit Head Office two to three days a month, enjoy remote working flexibility, and benefit from a company pension, vehicle or car allowance, and

Qualifications

  • Proven business development or technical sales experience with a track record of building pipelines and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently.
  • Ability to understand markets, competitors and client needs and turn insight into action.
  • Willingness to travel, attend industry events and stay away from home when required.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Technical Business Development Manager to grow our Aftersales Division across the UK swimming pool and spa market.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape sales strategy, win new business and strengthen existing client relationships. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll work remotely, travel to meet clients and attend industry events, and visit Head Office two to three days each month.

The Role

  • Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience.
