SAV Systems is seeking an Account Support Manager in Manchester to join our Account Support Management team. You will provide efficient technical administrative support to Account Managers and ensure timely delivery of quotations, coordinating with Project Delivery and Applications Engineering for a high-quality customer handover.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced technical environment, with strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or technical administration.
• Practical/technical aptitude with interest in low carbon technologies.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient technical administrative support to Account Managers.
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and specs.
• Respond to client queries promptly by phone and email.
• Save and upload quotations and docs to SharePoint.
• Coordinate with Applications Engineers for project status updates.
• Ensure smooth handover of information to Project Delivery via CTR.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
