Job summary

Xact Placements Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager for a split-site role in Sandhurst and Farnham. You will be the dedicated TAM for a key client three days per week on-site in Sandhurst and support a broader client base from Farnham for two days.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on laptop builds, and MS 365 administration, with reporting duties and a valid UK driving license. This position combines on-site responsibilities across two locations.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar Technical Account Manager or client-facing IT support role.
• Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable writing reports.
• Good technical understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365.
• Full UK driving licence & car.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per week.
• Provide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 days.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technical.
• Carry out laptop builds and configuration.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
• Monitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expected.
• Produce clear, well-written reports for the client.
