Job summary

XACT Placements Ltd. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for an expanding MSP in Farnham, Surrey, combining on-site client work in Sandhurst with UK-based support from the Farnham office.

You will manage a key client's IT needs three days a week on-site in Sandhurst and two days in Farnham, handling Microsoft 365 administration, laptop builds, reports, and proactive ticketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in TAM or client-facing IT support role
• Confident written and verbal communicator
• Ability to write clear reports
• Strong understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per week
• Provide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 days
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technical
• Carry out laptop builds and configuration
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support
• Monitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expected
• Produce clear, well-written reports for the client

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Technical Account Manager for a growing MSP based in Farnham, Surrey?

Salary: £32,000-£35,000Location: Sandhurst & Farnham

This is a Technical Account Manager position split across two elements: three days per week as the dedicated on-site TAM for a key client in Sandhurst, and two days per week in Farnham supporting a varied portfolio of clients.
